The Prince Albert

The Prince Albert around the turn of the century. The building was extensively remodeled in 1912- some descriptions say rebuilt, to designs by architect Percy Morley- Horder, who was also known for extensions to Rodborough Court and the design of the Apperly tomb. He was known to his students by the wonderful spoonerism “Holy-Murder”!
